About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, following customer experience practices, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The role follows operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards and may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. Associates promote a positive store culture, process purchases and returns accurately, support merchandising and recovery, and contribute to safety and shrink reduction efforts. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging and interacting with customers.
Model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
Accurately ring customer purchases and returns and count change according to operating procedures.
Promote credit and loyalty programs.
Maintain the merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to company procedures and standards.
Initiate and participate in store recovery throughout the day as needed.
Maintain organization, cleanliness, and recovery standards on the sales floor and help maintain cleanliness throughout the store.
Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
Follow labor laws, policies, and procedures.
Support and participate in store shrink-reduction goals and programs.
Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
