About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with relevant products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. You help customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, build trust and loyalty, and contribute to a welcoming, clean, organized shopping environment. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top sellers, trends, and promotions, and making sure the sales floor is ready for customers. During the day, they maintain merchandise and displays, process damages, testers, and items selected for return to vendors, update signs and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
