About The Position

Responsibilities

• Help create a welcoming store environment and deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Understand guest needs through product knowledge and make emotional connections.
• Implement company selling strategies to maximize sales and build lasting customer relationships.
• Promote guest loyalty through the Rewards Loyalty program and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Help maintain the store’s appearance according to company visual standards, including plan-o-grams, visual maintenance, signage, and cleanliness.
• Support the Store Manager in building a high-performing team that represents Newell Brand Values.
• Promote a positive work environment through teamwork and effective communication.
• Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
• Apply safety and loss prevention measures in daily activities and follow company policies and the Code of Ethics.
• Work toward achieving or exceeding KPI goals through planning, execution, and continuous performance improvement.
