About The Position

As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you’re at the heart of creating a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and keen attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Your friendly and approachable attitude fosters a warm environment that invites customers to return, while supporting your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service.

Requirements

• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information
• Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities
• Can work on your own but are great with team dynamics
• Can handle electronic devices with no problem

Responsibilities

• Maintain merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging.
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to create an experience to bring the customers back.
• Recover the floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting any needed merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, make sure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank-you.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.
