You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready. Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging store by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is always customer-ready.
• Offer customers a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to create an experience that encourages them to return.
• Recover the floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support any needed merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have all they need, and end with a sincere thank-you.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration.
• Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.
