About The Position
As an Overnight Receiving Colleague, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store by managing the flow of merchandise. This involves receiving, processing, and preparing products for the sales floor efficiently. You will also contribute to maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and store. Additionally, you will interact with customers, handle inquiries, and provide curbside order fulfillment. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence are crucial for customer satisfaction and store performance.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities
- Manage the flow of merchandise, ensuring products are received, processed, and ready for the sales floor quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and store.
- Greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care.
- Review priorities at the start of each shift and get up to speed on incoming merchandise.
- Focus on efficiently processing product so everything is ready and available for the sales floor by morning.
- Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Strive to improve every day, take pride in work, achieve sales goals, and learn from each other to deliver individual and store results.
