About The Position

As an Overnight Receiving Colleague, you will play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly. You will work as part of a team to manage the flow of merchandise, ensuring products are received, processed, and ready for the sales floor quickly and efficiently. You will also help maintain the organization and cleanliness of both the stockroom and the store. Additionally, you will interact with customers by greeting them warmly, resolving issues, and delivering orders curbside with care. Your attention to detail, teamwork, and commitment to operational excellence will directly impact both customer satisfaction and overall store performance.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
• Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
• Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
• Meeting daily sales goal challenges.
• Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

• Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
• Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register.
• Ability to process register transactions.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of merchandise, ensuring products are received and processed efficiently.
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the stockroom and store.
• Greet shoppers warmly, resolve issues, and deliver orders curbside with care.
• Review priorities and get up to speed on incoming merchandise at the start of each shift.
• Ensure the stockroom is organized, merchandise is processed and ready for the floor, and all tasks are completed with care and attention to detail.
• Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration.
