About The Position

We are the world’s largest operator of holiday pop-up stores, operating hundreds of locations in malls, outlets, shopping centers, and lifestyle centers across the United States. We are seeking a SEASONAL Retail Operations Clerk to join our team. This position reports directly to the Sr. Leader and works closely with a highly collaborative team of professionals. Please Note: This is a seasonal administrative support role with administration, recordkeeping, and other departmental functions. This role is 100% in office position located in Austin, Texas. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Excel, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude and a good sense of humor are a must. The Seasonal Retail Operations Clerk provides administrative support to the Retail Operations department. This role is responsible for database administration, maintaining accurate records, organizing files, preparing reports, and supporting the team with day-to-day operational needs.

Requirements

Minimum of one year of administrative experience.
Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Effective time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Strong sense of urgency, accountability, and follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience with data entry and data management required.
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Demonstrates professionalism, sound judgment, and a high level of integrity.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative support for various projects and day-to-day departmental activities.
Answer and respond to telephone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
Serve as a point of contact for routine administrative and operational support.
Perform basic accounting-related administrative tasks and data entry.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Maintain digital and paper files and update databases as needed.
Perform basic document management and recordkeeping.
Create, update, and maintain reports using Microsoft Excel.
Assist with data entry, data tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate with other departments and provide administrative support as needed.
Perform other administrative duties and special projects as assigned.
Work occasional overtime as business needs require.
