The Job Retail Leads play a pivotal role in evo's retail operations by leading and maintaining operational excellence including but not limited to, store inventory management, ship to store pick-up operations and ship from store, and providing guidance and support to frontline employees. They are responsible for leading and developing retail team members, maintaining a positive customer experience, achieving sales goals, and upholding evo's visual merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a retail role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using retail systems and software (e.g., NetSuite, evoPOS, BRM, HighJump).
• Adaptability, attention to detail, cash handling, communication, conflict resolution, critical thinking, customer service, inventory management, merchandising, multitasking, problem-solving, product knowledge, teamwork, time management

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of outdoor sports and gear is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Store Supervisor to positively influence employee productivity, customer experience, and sales goals.
• Uphold evo's visual merchandising standards to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to staff, addressing performance, customer service, and work ethic.
• Lead by example, consistently meeting and exceeding goals and expectations set by the retail leadership team.
• Execute store sales/promotions, markdowns, transfers, shipments, and merchandising projects.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, including register management and nightly walkthroughs.
• Exemplify customer service standards, maintaining a welcoming and positive demeanor.
• Check in with staff throughout the day, manage lunch schedules, and ensure floor coverage.
• Provide feedback on product assortment to the Supervisor and/or Manager.
• Lead store operations including receiving, processing and restocking inventory.
• Other duties as assigned.
