About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you'll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience in our fragrance department. You’ll help maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Whether you're preparing products, restocking displays, or assisting with transactions, your attention to detail and genuine hospitality ensure every guest feels cared for. This role blends service and support - anticipating team needs, keeping the space shop-ready, and helping to create magical moments for our customers during the busiest time of year. We're looking for flexible team players who thrive in our fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple tasks, and can work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English.
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Meeting daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Resourceful and eager to start a new venture and can adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work on your own but also be great with team dynamics.
- Talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands.
- Standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- Lifting at least 25lbs.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Reaching, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash register.
- Ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked fragrance department.
- Support the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor.
- Prepare products, restock displays, and assist with transactions.
- Ensure every guest feels cared for through attention to detail and genuine hospitality.
- Anticipate team needs and keep the space shop-ready.
- Greet teammates with a warm hello and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay up to date on current trends and promotions.
- Engage, educate, and sell with confidence.
- Offer a warm welcome to customers, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and select merchandise to return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing, and support any needed merchandise moves.
- Share Loyalty program benefits.
- Ensure customers have all they need and end interactions with a sincere thank-you.
- Support one another with honesty, care, and collaboration.
