About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Fine Jewelry Commission Associate in Fine Jewelry's role is important to ensure that we have plenty of hands-on deck to serve our customers in fine jewelry during the busy holiday peak! Bring your skills with the fundamentals of jewelry professionalism and let them work for you at JCPenney! You can get to know the products and help educate the customer on how your merchandise can enrich their lives.

Responsibilities
- Educates customers on how merchandise works or how it is best used.
- Assists customers by seeking them out, listening, helping, educating, and making their experience great to encourage repeat business.
- Maintains and improves the presentation of merchandise displays.
- Replenishes products by monitoring stock levels and ensuring availability of styles and sizes.
