About The Position
Music & Arts is seeking a customer-centric Seasonal Retail Associate to support its stores during peak season. The associate helps customers rent, purchase, and repair instruments and contributes to a positive customer experience. This role supports sales and rentals, assists customers through the rental process, and maintains product displays in a team-oriented retail environment.
Requirements

- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to stand regularly; walk, reach with hands and arms, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl frequently; and sit or climb stairs or a ladder occasionally.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities
