About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Associate position at JCPenney is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and thrive in a dynamic retail environment with evolving fashion and technology. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your last day of work will be communicated as the peak season concludes. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor and at the register, maintaining product presentation to reflect current trends, replenishing stock to meet customer needs, and participating in a learning environment by absorbing new information about merchandise and business processes.

Responsibilities
- Assists customers by seeking them out and ensuring a great experience from the sales floor to the register.
- Adjusts to customer flow to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
- Maintains product presentation by making adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends.
- Replenishes and restocks the store to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
- Participates in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
