About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving fashion and technology. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your manager will communicate your last day of work as the peak season concludes. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining product presentation, replenishing stock, and participating in a learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers by seeking them out and ensuring a great experience from the sales floor to the register.
• Adjusts to customer flow by being available to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
• Maintains product presentation by making adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends.
• Replenishes and restocks the store to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
• Participates in a learning environment by absorbing new information on merchandise or business processes.
