About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving fashion and technology. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your manager will communicate your last day of employment as the peak season concludes. This role involves actively seeking out customers, assisting them on the sales floor and at the register, and ensuring their experience encourages them to return. You will also be responsible for maintaining product presentation to reflect the latest trends, replenishing stock to meet customer needs for various styles and sizes, and participating in a learning environment by absorbing new information about merchandise and business processes.

Responsibilities

Assists customers by seeking them out and ensuring a great experience from the sales floor to the register.
Adjusts to customer flow by being available to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
Maintains product presentation by making adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends.
Replenishes and restocks the store to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
Participates in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
