About The Position

This position pays $17.00 per hour. M&M’S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for the 2026 Spring and Summer Season! This position will be from March 2026 to September 2026. Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. Requirements

Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
Must be 16 years old to apply
No Education or previous retail experience required
Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers
Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Foster Inclusivity and Effective Collaboration with a diverse team

Responsibilities

Providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position.
Driving daily sales and metrics.
Complying with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures.
Working a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
