About The Position
Canada Goose is seeking enthusiastic Seasonal Retail Associates for the holiday season (September - February). This part-time role focuses on delivering engaging customer journeys and upholding the brand's image as a luxury performance lifestyle brand. The associate will embody 'Canadian Warmth,' demonstrating expertise and warmth in customer interactions, contributing to a seamless guest experience, and acting as a steward of Canada Goose's values and culture.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch retail environment.
- Prior work experience with luxury or premium brands in high volume locations.
- Must have open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills, with the awareness of seeking guidance when needed.
- Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.

Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed personal sales and key performance targets.
- Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
- Assist in driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and selling metrics through the introduction of new, underperforming, and strategic product categories.
- Support overall store upkeep by maintaining physical standards and cleanliness, organizing the stockroom, processing shipments, and ensuring the sales floor is replenished.
- Advise customers on product recommendations through expert product knowledge and cross-department partnership.
- Accurately and efficiently utilize point of sale (POS) systems and operational tools in compliance with Canada Goose standards and other standard operating procedures.
- Actively seek feedback to improve performance and cultivate personal and professional growth.
