About The Position
Music & Arts is seeking customer-centric individuals to join its retail team during the peak season. The Seasonal Retail Associate helps customers rent, purchase, and repair instruments and supports the company’s Customer First value by providing a positive in-store experience. The role involves working as part of a retail team, assisting with sales and rentals, helping customers through the rental process, and keeping products and displays stocked. The position requires a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Physical work includes standing, walking, reaching, and occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, sitting, and climbing stairs or a ladder. Associates must be able to lift or move up to 20 pounds. Work is typically performed in comfortable conditions, with occasional short periods of outdoor tasks.

Responsibilities
