About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and creating positive experiences in a dynamic retail environment. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your manager will communicate your last day of employment as the peak season concludes. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor and at the register, maintaining product presentation, replenishing stock, and participating in a learning environment to gain knowledge about merchandise and business processes.

Responsibilities

Assists customers by seeking them out and ensuring a great experience from the sales floor to the register.
Adjusts to customer flow by being available to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
Maintains product presentation by making adjustments to displays to showcase the latest fashion and merchandise trends.
Replenishes and restocks the store to ensure customers have the styles and sizes they need.
Participates in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
