About The Position

M&M'S Mall of America is seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates for immediate hire, with the role extending at least until early January 2027. There is potential for the position to become permanent based on business needs and job performance. Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for guests in character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising roles. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge, and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. The brand welcomes unique personalities, aligning with the M&M brand's unique characters.

Requirements

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• No Education or previous retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
