About The Position
Music & Arts is seeking customer-centric individuals to join its team during peak season. The Seasonal Retail Associate helps customers rent, purchase, and repair instruments, and supports the company’s Customer First value by helping ensure customers have a positive in-store experience. The role is performed in a retail environment and requires a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. The job is typically performed under comfortable working conditions, though it may occasionally involve completing tasks outdoors for short periods. Responsibilities
