About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and creating positive experiences in a dynamic retail environment. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your manager will communicate your end date as the peak season concludes. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor and at the register, maintaining product presentation according to current fashion trends, replenishing stock to meet customer demand, and participating in a learning environment by absorbing new information about merchandise and business processes.

Responsibilities
- Assists customers by seeking them out and ensuring a great experience from the sales floor to the register.
- Adjusts to customer flow by being available to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
- Maintains product presentation by making adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends.
- Replenishes and restocks the store to ensure merchandise availability.
- Participates in a learning environment by absorbing new information on merchandise or business processes.
