About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and creating positive experiences in a dynamic retail environment. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your manager will communicate your last day of employment as the peak season concludes. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining product presentation, replenishing stock, and participating in a learning environment. This role is ideal for someone who likes working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, with new shops, new fashion, and new technology. The Seasonal Retail Associate is a position that's always on the lookout for customers that need assistance or merchandise that needs to be reset.

Responsibilities
- Assists customers: Seek out customers and do whatever you can to make their experience great from the sales floor to the register. Listen, help, and make them want to come back!
- Adjusts to customer flow: Be on the move and available to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
- Maintains product presentation: Make adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends after the customer has explored products.
- Replenish and restock the store: Understand customer needs. When merchandise is getting low, know where to get more to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
- Participates in a learning environment: Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
