About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving shops, fashion, and technology. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your last day of work will be communicated by your manager as the peak season concludes. This role involves actively seeking out customers, assisting them from the sales floor to the register, maintaining product presentation to reflect the latest trends, and ensuring merchandise is replenished to meet customer needs. Associates are also encouraged to participate in a learning environment, absorbing new information about merchandise and business processes.

Responsibilities

Assists customers by seeking them out and ensuring a great experience from the sales floor to the register.

Maintains product presentation by making adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends.
Replenishes and restocks the store to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
Participates in a learning environment by absorbing new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
