About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and creating positive experiences in a dynamic retail environment. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your manager will communicate your last day of work as the peak season concludes. This role involves assisting customers on the sales floor and at the register, adapting to customer traffic, maintaining product presentation, restocking merchandise, and participating in a learning environment by absorbing new information about merchandise and business processes.

Responsibilities

Assists customers: Seek out customers and do whatever you can to make their experience great from the sales floor to the register. Listen, help, and make them want to come back!
Adjusts to customer flow: Be on the move and available to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
Maintains product presentation: Make adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends after the customer has explored products.
Replenish and restock the store: Understand customer needs and restock merchandise to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
Participates in a learning environment: Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
