About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Associate supports store sales and profit objectives by achieving individual sales goals, providing superior customer service, and taking on other senior-level responsibilities within the store. The role also helps promote Music & Arts lessons, develop customer relationships, and participate in store operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of relevant work experience.
- Skilled knowledge of musical instruments and written music.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales to exceed personal sales goals.
- Promote the Music & Arts lesson program.
- Build business by networking with teachers, schools, churches, and community organizations.
- Develop customer relationships and provide compelling sales presentations based on sales training.
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and promote customer loyalty.
- Participate in store operations, including merchandising, displays, and maintenance.
- Maintain store security, including perimeter door keys, register keys, and personal alarm code.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
