About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Associate position is for individuals who enjoy serving customers and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving trends in shops, fashion, and technology. As a seasonal hire, you will have a defined employment period, and your manager will communicate your last day of employment as the peak season concludes. This role involves actively seeking out customers, assisting them from the sales floor to the register, maintaining product presentation, replenishing stock, and participating in a learning environment by absorbing new information about merchandise and business processes.

Responsibilities
- Assists customers: Seek out customers and do whatever you can to make their experience great from the sales floor to the register. Listen, help, and make them want to come back!
- Adjusts to customer flow: Be always on the move and available to provide assistance to customers or co-workers.
- Maintains product presentation: Make adjustments to display the latest fashion and merchandise trends after the customer has explored products.
- Replenish and restock the store: Understand customer needs. When merchandise is getting low, know just where to get more to ensure all customers have the styles and sizes they need.
- Participates in a learning environment: Absorb new information from peers or training materials on merchandise or business processes.
