As a Seasonal Retail Ambassador, you will help us deliver these exceptional experiences during our busiest periods while supporting our inclusive and welcoming Fashion Island store community. About the Team Shopping at Rothy’s IRL is not your ordinary retail experience—so naturally, our Stores team is extraordinary. Our team members are experts in fit, style, and the story behind our products. They share in our mission and are dedicated to providing extraordinary customer service and building long-lasting brand loyalty. About the Role As a Seasonal Retail Ambassador, you’ll represent the Rothy’s brand on the sales floor during peak seasons. You’ll focus on delivering memorable customer service, fostering meaningful connections, and supporting store operations. Your enthusiasm for sustainable fashion and commitment to service will help create a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Requirements

Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication skills and passion for building genuine customer connections.
Drive to achieve personal and team goals.
Willingness to support operational tasks as part of a team.
Availability to work a flexible, seasonal schedule including weekends and holidays.
Ability to stand/walk for entire shift and lift or move up to 25 lbs.
Willingness to follow our dress code, including wearing Rothy’s shoes during each shift.
18 years of age or older.
