Under general supervision, you will support the monitoring and accurate collection of vineyard performance and laboratory data to help ensure the company’s product quality and operational performance standards are met. Working closely with vineyard and laboratory teams, you will participate in hands-on data collection activities that contribute to critical agricultural and quality insights used across the business. Your day-to-day work will include collecting vineyard data such as vine configuration, cluster counts, berry counts and weights, and bud dissections. You will also collect vine tissue and soil samples used for nutrient level determinations, ensuring samples are handled accurately and consistently. In a laboratory environment, you will be responsible for precise data entry, helping maintain the integrity and reliability of collected information. Safety, quality, and compliance are core to this role. You will support a safe work environment and ensure that daily actions and decisions align with all quality standards, as well as applicable environmental and safety regulations. This position requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow established procedures while contributing positively to team operations.
