Seasonal Rental Sales Agent
About The Position
Do you enjoy helping customers feel confident in their choices while earning commission for great service? If you’re motivated, personable, and take pride in recommending solutions that truly improve a customer’s experience, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport rental counters. In this role, you’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where your sales skills and service mindset directly impact both customer satisfaction and your earning potential. This is a seasonal position supporting our peak season from May 20 through September 18, 2026. A seasonal role is a great way to get started at Avis Budget Group and may lead to future opportunities beyond the peak season.
Requirements
- Effective verbal communication skills
- Valid Driver’s License
- Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
- Professional, engaging, and customer-focused personality
- Flexibility to work all shifts
- Must be able to sit, stand, and type for prolonged periods
- Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
- Regular, on-site presence required
Nice To Haves
- 6 months real estate, retail, or consultative sales experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
Responsibilities
- Renting vehicles and promoting our products and services at our airport rental counters.
- Processing rental contracts.
- Actively listening to customer needs.
- Recommending products and services that enhance their travel experience.
- Upselling using a consultative approach.
- Delivering professional, friendly service that builds trust and customer loyalty.
