Seasonal Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry
About The Position
InterHealth Medical Staffing Solutions, a staffing division of Tampa General Hospital, is seeking a Seasonal Registered Nurse for Cardiac Telemetry. This role involves providing nursing care to patients across the lifespan, from neonatal to geriatric, under general supervision. The position requires planning and implementing nursing care, documenting assessments, identifying and reporting situations needing intervention, and formulating goal-directed care plans while ensuring patient rights. The nurse will provide professional nursing care within the assigned clinical division and perform duties aligned with Tampa General Hospital's mission, vision, and values.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida
- BSN required
- BLS required through American Heart Association
- ACLS required through American Heart Association
- Minimum 1 Years experience in Med/Surg/Tele
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience within the specific division being hired into
- Deemed competent to work independently

Responsibilities
- Delivers nursing care to patients throughout the life span, neonatal through geriatric.
- Plans and implements nursing care.

- Formulates and communicates a goal-directed plan of care.
- Assures patient rights.
- Provides professional nursing care to patients in all areas covered by the Specialty Staffing Team within the assigned clinical division.
