About The Position

Join our team as Seasonal Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruitment efforts during our critical peak holiday season. The Recruiting Coordinator will play a key role in to staff our Fanatics fulfillment and made-to-order facilities. You will have the opportunity to participate in community outreach, on-site hiring events, and support processing qualified candidates through their application process. This position is temporary and will provide valuable experience in recruitment and HR processes. This role will require the coordinator to be onsite at our Las Vegas, NV location.

Requirements

  • Highschool diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in an ambiguous environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Experience handling confidential information and documentation
  • Demonstrated experience providing outstanding customer support, ideally, in an environment that interacts with large groups of personnel at one time
  • Flexibility to work in an individual capacity as well as a team
  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or administrative support roles preferred.
  • Experience with building charts, pivots, and utilizing filters is preferred
  • Experience with recruitment systems to include Oracle (or other similar Applicant Tracking Systems), First Advantage (or other background check programs/applications)
  • Facilitation experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Assist candidates in the hiring process which includes, but not limited to, their application, background check, and new hire onboarding.
  • Daily auditing and administrative tasks related to the pre-employment onboarding process
  • Assist in facilitating new hire orientations as well as hiring events (virtually & onsite)
  • Update and maintain recruitment databases
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed and support participation in community events to drive interest in seasonal roles
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
