About The Position

Work with Vacasa, a Casago Company this Summer season! Are you looking to have fun this season while helping our guests enjoy their vacation? Join us as a Recreation Attendant! In this role, you’ll be the central point of contact for all daily resort activities and special events. We need someone with a vibrant personality who genuinely loves assisting people and creating memorable experiences. This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 05/25/2026 and work through end of season on or around 09/01/2026. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next.

Requirements

  • Experience working in hotel, hospitality, vacation or similar industry is highly preferred.
  • Prior customer service or event coordinator experience is highly preferred.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to change activity frequently and cope with interruptions.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using various digital systems and applications and comfortable using mobile apps, tablets, and various software platforms.
  • Dependable and prepared. Showing up on time and ready to go is key to creating great stays for our guests and peace of mind for our homeowners.
  • Must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfortable talking to people—online or in person—and being able to share information in a way that’s clear, thoughtful, and represents the company in a positive way always.
  • Reliable transportation required.
  • Ability to move freely (balancing, climbing, crawling, driving, squatting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, and repetitive hand/finger motions) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance.
  • Employees who are required to drive a personal vehicle must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and be at least 18 years of age.
  • Employees who are required to drive a company vehicle must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 21 years of age, and have been a licensed driver for no less than 3 years.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager in conducting daily activities offered during the summer season.
  • Provide information on all daily activities and special events.
  • Oversee the supervision of personal associated with certain programs.
  • Maintain inventory of all activity supplies.
  • Provide administrative and clerical assistance to management as needed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all participants.
  • Communicate to management of any issues with programs.
  • Other tasks as needed - because every day looks different in hospitality!
