This position involves completing closing duties such as storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing the daily cleaning checklist. The role also includes setting up, stocking, and maintaining work areas, inspecting the cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver before use, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas throughout the day with clean-as-you-go procedures. The attendant must follow all company and safety/security policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training. A professional appearance, confidentiality, and protection of company assets are required. The role involves welcoming and acknowledging guests according to company standards, speaking clearly and professionally, answering telephones with proper etiquette, developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns. Adherence to quality expectations and standards is essential. The job requires reading and visually verifying information, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. It also involves grasping, turning, and manipulating objects of varying size and weight with fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination, and moving over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces, as well as up and down stairs and service ramps. Reaching overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, is also part of the duties. Other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors may be assigned.
