About The Position

Seneca Foods Corporation in Dayton, WA is currently seeking seasonal agricultural workers for its 2026 production season, specifically for the Pea/Bean Breeding Program, which runs from April through December. Requirements

• Valid driver’s license for any position involving the use/operation of company equipment

Nice To Haves

• Farm equipment operation experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to work 12+ hour shifts. Shifts can be affected by the weather and crop availability

Responsibilities

• Grow and care for plants in the field
• Assist with Irrigation throughout the growing season
• Weeding as needed within the trial plots and research property
• Assist with field trial maintenance and harvest
• Data collection, data entry, and data evaluation
• Quality control
• Seed Cleaning/Packaging
• Seed inventory management
• Other duties as assigned
• Work in a safe and responsible manner
• Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and safety policies/procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned
