About The Position
Seasonal Position: This position is part of our seasonal production team and is expected to run from August through January. We are seeking dependable team members who can commit to working the full season. Top-performing seasonal employees may be considered for future seasonal or permanent opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience building or repairing computers
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet production deadlines
- Commitment to quality and continuous improvement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Experience in manufacturing or quality control preferred
- Experience/knowledge in art and art design preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform final quality inspections on completed computers
- Verify each system matches the build specifications
- Conduct functional testing of hardware components
- Run required stress tests
- Inspect cable management, component installation, and overall build quality
- Identify any quality issues and communicate them to the team lead
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records
- Report any recurring defects or process issues to management
- Perform additional related duties as assigned
