Sun Realty is hiring Seasonal Property Cleaners across Avon, Salvo, Kill Devil Hills, Kitty Hawk, Duck, and Corolla. This role offers a fast-paced, rewarding opportunity with serious earning potential, allowing you to turn your hustle into high earnings this season. Requirements
- Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background screening
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stay active throughout the day
Responsibilities
- Perform full-property cleans between guest stays
- Change linens, make beds, and restock essential supplies
- Ensure homes meet Sun Realty’s high cleanliness and presentation standards
- Report maintenance or damage issues
- Complete deep cleans at the start/end of the season
- Manage time efficiently to meet turnover deadlines
