About The Position
Feazel Roofing has led the industry for 38+ years. This roofing season, we need experienced Project Managers who can hit the ground running — no ramp-up time, no hand-holding. This is a 3-4 month seasonal role. We need boots-on-the-ground PMs to run residential roofing projects start to finish during our busy season. If you know roofing and can manage a crew, a schedule, and a client relationship without breaking a sweat, we want to talk today.
Requirements
- 2-3 years managing roofing or construction projects
- Real knowledge of roofing systems and installation
- A track record of hitting budget and schedule targets
- Comfort with project management software
- The ability to lead a crew and keep a job site moving
Nice To Haves
- Residential roofing experience specifically
- Working knowledge of codes, safety regs, and warranty requirements
Responsibilities
- Full project lifecycle — from kickoff to final walkthrough
- Manage crews, subs, suppliers, and clients
- On-site quality checks and code compliance
- Ensure schedules and budgets are tight and on track
- Obtain permits
- Clear, constant communication with homeowners and your team
