About The Position
OW Lee is hiring Seasonal Production Workers to support our manufacturing team through the summer season. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking for temporary full-time work in a fast-paced production environment. Seasonal employees may work in a variety of departments, including: Upholstery, Packing, and Parts. No prior manufacturing experience is required - we will train motivated individuals who are ready to work and learn.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and read English or Spanish
- Dependable and able to work as part of a team
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards
Nice To Haves
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Complete assigned production tasks accurately and efficiently
- Follow work instructions and safety procedures
- Inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Keep work areas clean and organized
- Safely use tools, equipment, and machinery
- Report equipment or safety concerns to supervisors
- Assist with other duties as assigned
