About The Position

District Photo Inc. is hiring Seasonal Production Workers for its Phoenix manufacturing facility to support the upcoming busy season. The company is looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join a fast-paced production team. Multiple departments and schedules are available, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend opportunities. This is a seasonal position to support the holiday production season, with potentially many hours available during peak production.

Requirements

• Dependable and consistent attendance

• Comfortable standing and working for extended periods
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and production procedures
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new jobs, equipment, and processes
• Ability to work their complete assigned seasonal schedule
• Flexibility regarding overtime and extended shifts during peak production
• Must be willing and able to work up to 12-hour shifts during peak season
• Must be willing and able to work overtime when required
• Must be willing and able to work weekends depending upon their assigned department and shift
• Must be willing and able to adjust to peak-season schedule changes
• Must commit to completing the seasonal assignment
