About The Position

The hourly rate pay for this position at Scotts/Hawthorne will generally fall between $21.00 - 21.00 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. This is an active, fast-paced role perfect for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and want to be part of a supportive team environment.

Requirements

1+ years of production plant experience and forklift operation experience is preferred, but not required.
Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
Dependable, safety-focused, and excels in a team-driven environment.
Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to their first day of work.

Forklift experience preferred, but we will train.

Responsibilities

Work actively on production lines to manufacture and package high-quality fertilizer products.
Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (experience preferred, but we will train).
Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure daily safety and quality standards are met.
Comfortably navigate a physical workspace, which includes being on your feet, climbing multiple flights of stairs, getting on and off equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Work comfortably in a variety of indoor manufacturing environments, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
