About The Position
The Fremont Company is seeking Seasonal Production Associates to work on sauerkraut production lines. This role involves processing fresh cabbage, including trimming and sorting, while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Associates will maintain a clean and safe work environment and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced setting. The position is located at 802 N Front St, Fremont, Ohio 43420.
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must have reliable personal transportation to the worksite
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Willing to work weekends and overtime as needed

Responsibilities
- Work on sauerkraut production lines
- Process fresh cabbage, including trim, sort, and process cabbage

Benefits
- $12.25/hr plus an end-of-season bonus
- 50–60 hours per week with overtime pay
- Free housing approximately 15 minutes from the worksite
- $200 prepaid travel card upon arrival + $200 upon completion
