About The Position

The Seasonal Production Associate plays a crucial short-term role in supporting the manufacturing process during peak production periods. This position assists in the production of goods according to established standards and procedures. The role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow instructions accurately, and a commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. This is a temporary seasonal role expected to support increased production demand. Employment is for a limited duration and does not guarantee ongoing or permanent placement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Ability to maintain consistent attendance, arriving on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts during the seasonal assignment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols in a manufacturing setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the assembly and production of goods according to established specifications and standards.
