About The Position

The hourly rate pay for this position at Scotts/Hawthorne will generally fall between $21.00 - 21.00 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location. As a Seasonal Production Associate, you will be the heartbeat of our manufacturing facility. Requirements
- 1+ years of production plant experience and forklift operation experience is preferred, but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and basic mathematical skills.
- Dependable, safety-focused, and excels in a team-driven environment.
- Candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to their first day of work.
Nice To Haves
- Forklift operation experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Work actively on production lines to manufacture and package high-quality fertilizer products.
- Safely operate material handling equipment, including forklifts (experience preferred, but we will train).
- Maintain strict adherence to standard operating procedures to ensure daily safety and quality standards are met.
- Comfortably navigate a physical workspace, which includes being on your feet, climbing multiple flights of stairs, getting on and off equipment, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Work comfortably in a variety of indoor manufacturing environments, including hot, cold, and humid conditions.
