About The Position

Seats Incorporated is hiring Seasonal Production Assemblers to join their Final Assembly team for the upcoming busy season. This role is ideal for individuals seeking reliable seasonal work through the winter, especially those coming from seasonal industries like landscaping, lawn care, construction, or agriculture, or those looking for an alternative to seasonal package handling or warehouse work. The company provides paid, on-the-job training, so no prior manufacturing experience is required. Assemblers will learn to construct high-quality seating products and components used in the turf industry while working in a team-focused environment.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Dependable and punctual
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
• Able to read and follow written instructions
• Comfortable using basic computer systems

• Flexible and willing to rotate between different workstations

• Must be able to commit to the full seasonal assignment through March 2027
• Stand and work for 10–12 hours per day, depending on the shift
• Constantly lift and/or move items weighing up to 10 lbs
• Frequently lift and/or move items weighing up to 50 lbs
• Work in indoor conditions
• Wear required personal protective equipment

Responsibilities

• Assemble products by placing parts in the specified sequence using bolts, clips, screws, staples, glues, and cements
• Use air-powered and battery-powered tools to complete assemblies according to work instructions
• Package completed seats and finished components
• Rotate between workstations as production needs require
• Work on different seating models and adapt to different assembly operations
• Read and follow written work instructions
• Use computer systems to look up work instructions, cross-reference part numbers, check inventory, and reference production information
• Maintain quality and production standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
• Work cooperatively with team members and supervisors
• Perform other duties as assigned
