About The Position
The Fulfillment Center Process Assistant works with Operations Managers, Area Managers, Production Assistants, Associates and site support staff. Process Assistants constantly improve the long-term capabilities of the area they are assigned. The ideal candidate will measure production quality and quantity and drive results in both. They maintain expert-level knowledge in their department and evaluate and improve processes within their work areas. They adhere to standard work and coach and develop Associates to meet and exceed department expectations.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent diploma, or Bachelor's degree
