Seasonal Premier Club Servicing Representative
About The Position
This role is for a Seasonal Premier Club Servicing Representative who will play a crucial part in creating the 2026 US OPEN team. Club Servicing Representatives are responsible for establishing a good rapport with VIP clients/guests within the Hospitality and Premium Services Department. The Representatives team must be resourceful, quick and ready to handle any and all ad hoc requests associated with live entertainment events. As a representative of the hospitality department, an ideal candidate is highly organized, detailed oriented, and calm under high stress/pressure situations while providing best-in-class service to all premium club clients. Representatives will work closely with other departments including, but not limited to: Merchandise, Ticketing, Facilities, Partnership Marketing and Building Services.
Requirements
- Previous similar experience in entertainment/sports/events is preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Professional demeanor, strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, including strong attention to detail
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take and follow direction, remain calm and focused in a fast paced and sometimes stressful environment and problem solve
- Capable of lifting and carrying boxes up to 30 pounds
- Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
Responsibilities
- Assist with on-site execution of Premier Clubs at the US Open
- Work with Premier Club Team to service any ad hoc requests of guests across the premier clubs
- Pick up and distribute client gifting to respective spaces throughout the NTC grounds
- Manage pick up and drop offs at NTC loading dock
- Assist with Private Events happening within the Club Spaces each day of the tournament
- Liaison between Premier Club Team and other departments on the grounds as instructed
Benefits
- Hourly rate of $20
- Eligible for overtime
- $35 daily meal allowance
