The Seasonal Planning & Execution Manager is responsible for driving cross-functional alignment and execution across the overlapping seasonal development and sales lifecycles. This role manages the Go-to-Market (GTM) calendar, key milestone tracking, dashboard management and operational coordination between Design, Merchandising, Sales, Production, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure timely and successful seasonal launches. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing complex timelines and data structures within a fast-paced fashion or consumer goods environment.
