Reporting to the Resort Manager, this role is responsible for after hours minor maintenance duties (e.g. cleaning, minor repairs to resort infrastructure as needed, equipment maintenance, etc.), customer service inquiries and responding to after hours customer complaints. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision in an after-hours (overnight) work environment. The role requires someone with strong communication and customer service skills as well as experience with maintenance operations in a tourism setting (preferred).
