Requirements
- Reliable attendance and ability to work a consistent 2nd shift schedule
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Comfortable using basic tools such as hammers and pry bars, or willing to be trained
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be at least 18 years old
Responsibilities
- Dismantle used pallets using hand tools while following safety procedures
- Separate reusable wood and materials from scrap for recycling or refurbishment
- Assist with pallet repair and rebuilding when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace throughout the shift
- Work with the production team to meet daily operational goals
- Communicate equipment, material, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly
